Scope of Work:

• Analyze procurement briefs and requests from internal users and translate them into appropriate procurement needs.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
• Identify, coordinate, negotiate, and evaluate vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• ⁠Coordinate procurement needs for marketing and promotional activities, including event, merchandise, and promotional displays, in line with project timelines and budgets.
• ⁠Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Commercial, Marketing, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to ensure procurement activities meet business and compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, and prepare regular procurement reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, marketing production, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation, and purchasing procedures.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Knowledge or interest in the news media industry and shooting/production workflow is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
