SAP PM Master Data Analyst - Can Join Immediately

Requirements:

3 years of experience working with SAP, preferably as an SAP PM User/Admin or Master Data Analyst.

Must Have: Hands-on experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).

Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Understand basic Plant Maintenance processes, including Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.

Job Description

Manage and maintain master data in SAP, particularly the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.

Create, update, validate, and maintain SAP PM master data such as Equipment, Functional Location, Work Center, and Maintenance Plan.

Support Preventive and Corrective Maintenance processes through accurate master data management.

Perform data cleansing, validation, and correction to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Coordinate with business users, maintenance teams, and SAP/IT teams regarding master data requirements.

Prepare master data reports and documentation.

Support data upload/migration activities when required.
