Data Analyst - (Fluent in English)

Location: BSD, Tangerang Selatan (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Build, optimize, and maintain data models, data marts, and data warehouse solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze business trends, KPIs, and operational performance to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Develop and automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements for data governance and reporting processes.
• Create clear documentation for data models, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with Data Warehouse, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Good understanding of data visualization best practices and business reporting.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, Pentaho, Informatica, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management.
• Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail industry is a plus.
