Packaging Design Specialist (Beauty)

About the Role

We're looking for a Packaging Design Specialist with a strong eye for premium beauty aesthetics to join our New Product Development team.

In this role, you'll transform product concepts into visually compelling packaging that stands out on the shelf and strengthens our brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging for skincare, makeup, personal care, and other beauty products.
• Collaborate closely with the New Product Development team to bring product concepts to life.
• Create packaging artwork, labels, boxes, bottles, tubes, pouches, and other product assets.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure artwork meets production requirements.
• Research packaging trends, materials, and premium beauty design references.
• Ensure all packaging aligns with brand identity and product positioning.
• Revise designs based on internal feedback before production.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging design.
• Portfolio showcasing packaging design projects (beauty/cosmetics/FMCG preferred).
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, color, and premium branding.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Knowledge of packaging printing processes and finishing techniques.
• Familiar with packaging dielines and production specifications.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and current design trends.
