Senior Graphic & 3D Designer

Job Description: 

• Research design trends in the industry to ensure outputs remain modern and relevant.
• Brainstorm new innovative concepts and translate them into appropriate key visuals.
• Create original graphic designs and develop comprehensive offline and online visual communication content.
• Produce all marketing design collaterals (POSM, POP, etc.).
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle (from initial 3D design to actual construction), including conducting on-site field supervision to ensure the physical build aligns perfectly with the design specifications.
• Work collaboratively alongside internal teams and cross-functional departments for various projects.
• Be responsible and proactive in supporting the achievement of departmental goals and targets.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related design role.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Mandatory: Illustrator, Photoshop; Advantageous: InDesign, Premiere Pro, & After Effects).
• Highly proficient in 3D Modeling Design software, with a strong preference for SketchUp.
• Solid understanding of real-world construction and building materials to ensure 3D models are practical and feasible for actual implementation.
• Able to produce content across a wide range of media and accurately translate design briefs into actual visual outcomes.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to perform well under pressure, manage heavy workloads, and work overtime when necessary to meet strict project deadlines.
• Willingness to conduct on-site field visits for quality control during the construction/build phase.
• Hard worker with exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve creative and operational challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to consistently deliver the highest quality of work.
