Global Recognition and Reputation Manager

Job Summary:

• Engage internal and external stakeholders to synergize activities and programs between Vice Rector – Collaboration & Global Engagement and related units to ensure BINUS University’s performance as measured by relevant rankings. 
• Develop processes, activities, and initiatives related to Global Recognition and Reputation area.
• Defines the plan and steps required internally to support implementation of Global Recognition and Reputation program and activities
• Ensures relevant engagement, recognition, and reputation content development for Vice Rector – Collaboration and Global Engagement’s communication

Job Descriptions:

• Plan annual working strategy of the department to achieve global reputation and recognition targets as prioritized by the senior management.
• Define the organization, infrastructure and resources required internally to support the work of global reputation and recognition unit.
• Implement engagement strategy with internal and external stakeholders in maintaining relevant international collaboration.
• Ensure consistent and aligned communication programs to fulfill reputation and recognition objectives.
• Guarantee target achievements, ensure excellent process and service for all stakeholders, and suggest improvement plan on the unit’s strategy.
• Monitor trends, ensure relevant data collection, and conduct analyses to enhance the units core knowledge and improve business processes.
• Strengthen the role and visibility of Global Recognition & Reputation unit as a strategic partner for internal stakeholders in recognition and reputation goals achievement.
• Devise, oversee, and implement protocol functions to support BINUS University’s recognition and reputation goals.
• Advise and support faculty and staff on international communication and engagement.
• Identify and develop international engagement opportunities to enhance global visibility.
• Management Support Activities:

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.

o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time 

concern, effort and cost).

o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.

o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

General Requirements:

• Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in any field, preferably in Communication or Management 
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role 
• Strong communication and management skills 
• Specialized knowledge and skills in QS Rankings 
• Strong understanding of target audience needs, interests, and preferences
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta, Indonesia
