Job Description

• Deliver high-quality English classes in offline and online formats.
• Teach across different CKA branches based on operational needs.
• Support classroom quality, student engagement, and learning progress.
• Assist and mentor junior teachers through sharing, observation, and coaching.
• Ensure lesson plans, Daily Reports, and other academic administration are completed properly.
• Support assessments, trial classes, events, teacher training, and other academic programs.
• Act as a teaching role model and maintain CKA teaching standards across branches.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in English Education, Education, Psychology, or related field.
  
• S.Pd., S.S., or equivalent qualifications are welcome.
  
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in English education.
  
• Confident teaching children/young learners.
  
• Able to teach both online and offline.
  
• Willing to rotate between CKA branches as required.
  
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Responsible, adaptable, proactive, and willing to support other teachers.
  
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

We have faith in education and how technology helps us to fill the gap between knowledge and access. We would like to take advantage of educational technology development to create an environment to learn and study without minding much about geographical and time issues.

Our short story

Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
