Community Internship

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Community team to ensure smooth execution of community initiatives.
• Manage community engagement across various communication channels and social media platforms.
• Assist in preparing community reports and monitoring campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support community campaigns and initiatives.
• Support the preparation of community photoshoots and video shoots.
• Communicate with brand partners to explore collaboration opportunities for campaigns and giveaways.
• Support the KOL team by researching and compiling potential affiliates for campaign activations.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to Community activities.

Requirements

• Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months) and willing to work from the Little Joy Head Office, J, West Jakarta.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with communities, creators, and external partners.
• Active on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, with a good understanding of digital trends and online communities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Passionate about community building, social media, and brand engagement.
• Previous internship or organizational experience in community management, social media, KOL/influencer management, partnerships, or event execution is a plus.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
