The second leg for the Mineski Pro-Gaming League Season 6 kicks off this weekend

The reset of the Mineski Pro-Gaming League Season 6’s (MPGL 6-1) first leg was just the beginning, as it returns on its second leg with a bigger prize pool. According to an earlier announcement on Mineski.net, the league’s second leg (MPGL 6-2) Class A qualifiers will take place on Sunday, February 16 SGT.

To make things more interesting in the MPGL 6-2, the current prize pool will increase by 100 PhP ($2.22) for every team that joined the previous league in participating Mineski internet cafes. For example, if there were 32 teams who played at Mineski Infinity Davao for MPGL 6-1, the prize pool at the same place for MPGL 6-2 will have an additional 3,200 PhP ($71.06). Since the number of participants is not regulated at each branch, the prize pool will vary as well. The new prize distribution will be as follows:

• Champion – P1,000 + 60% Bonus Pool + Slot for Class A
• 2nd Place – P500 +40% Bonus Pool + Slot for Class A
