Wargaming wants to celebrate World of Tanks with you, Asia!

It’s been two years since World of Tanks gained an Asia server, and general manager of Wargaming Asia Jasper Nicolas “can’t think of a better way to mark this milestone” than by allowing World of Tanks players in Asia to determine how they want to celebrate.

Players in Singapore, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Taiwan can expect to see parties hosted by Wargaming in their own countries, and they’ll get to vote for what activities they want to see there, too.

Polls for the contests and activities in each country’s party will open on the forums one month before the region-wide, Wargaming-style party starts on April 19, 2014.

According to a press release, Singapore and Japan are set to paint the town red on April 19, 2014. Philippines and Thailand will get a series of festive events on April 26, 2014, while Malaysia and Taiwan will get their turn on April 27, 2014. Celebratory events will include lucky draws, massive cake-cutting ceremonies, and a “Paint My Ride” contest, which will see players decorating tanks on canvases and sharing their pictures on forums and social media.
