Early-stage VC firm Intudo Ventures announced the launch of the Intudo Pulkam SEA Turtle Fellowship, which aims to give guidance and professional career placement assistance to Indonesian founders.

The Indonesia-based VC firm primarily invests in homegrown and early-stage companies with an initial investment amount of US$1 million to US$5 million per company. Intudo Ventures’ portfolio includes firms like Xendit, Halodoc, TaniHub Group, Kargo, PasarPolis, BeliMobilGue, and Yummy Corp, among others.
“By creating the Intudo Pulkam SEA Turtle Fellowship, we hope to help more Pulkam SEA Turtles achieve their dreams to return home and contribute to the growth of Indonesia’s tech ecosystem,” said Eddy Chan, founding partner of Intudo Ventures.

Under the fellowship program, prospective founders can gain access to in-market distribution opportunities, meet potential co-founders and key hires through the firm’s talent pool, as well as potentially receive financing from Intudo Ventures and its strategic partners.
However, the program will be limited to prospective applicants who plan on returning to Indonesia within a 12-month window after their application.
Earlier in September 2020, the VC firm backed Indonesian insurtech startup PasarPolis in a series B funding round.
