Tech in Asia Tour: Road to Jakarta is down to its second-to-last stop in Kuala Lumpur next Tuesday, October 20. If you happen to be in town, swing by Impact Hub and watch five handpicked startups pitch their way through to win a sponsored trip to exhibit at Tech in Asia Jakarta 2015, happening November 11 & 12.

Kickstarting the evening’s agenda will be our panel of judges, consisting of Kelvin Goh (partner at Crystal Horse Investments), Bikesh Lakhmichand (CEO, 1337 Ventures), and Tim Marbach (CEO, Asia Venture Group). Catch them as they share tips on how local startups can develop a killer regional strategy. Then learn a trick or two on what investors look out for in a startup as you watch our judges dissect the pitches and pepper the startups with questions on their business ideas.

Of course, what’s an event without any networking opportunities? We are serious about connecting Asia’s tech ecosystem so not to worry, you’ll get your fair share of face-time with investors, fellow entrepreneurs and the tech startup community. This is your chance to exchange ideas and namecards to expand your network of contacts. Topping this off with free food and drinks, we can’t think of an excuse to miss next Tuesday’s event.
