I’m Jon Russell, Asia-based writer for TechCrunch – AMA!

Hi Tech in Asia community!

I’m Jon Russell (@jonrussell), one of TechCrunch‘s full-time writers in Asia and a long-time reader (and friend) of Tech in Asia.

I’ve been working as a tech reporter in Asia for about the last five years. Before I joined TechCrunch last October, I was Asia Editor for The Next Web. I’m originally from the UK (South London to be precise), but have lived in Bangkok, Thailand, since 2008.
