A Singapore-based fintech firm raised $7m in its series A round

“Singapore-based fintech firm Dltledgers has completed a series A funding round, which closed with a total of US$7 million,” The Business Times reported.

Details:

  • Regis and Savoy Capital, Vittal, Walden International, and other industry veterans led the funding round.
  • The funding will go toward the company’s geographical expansion plans and the projects of its product and engineering teams.

Context:

  • Dltledgers is a blockchain platform that helps banks and corporations authenticate documents.
  • To support its growth plans, the company said it plans to migrate its platform to Corda, a global blockchain ecosystem built for enterprise use, in order to boost security and transparency.
