Through the partnership, ShopBack users can watch livestreaming content, chat with hosts and fellow viewers, play games, and get exclusive promotions on partner merchants.
The feature is currently only available for users in Singapore, but ShopBack plans to expand it to all of its markets in Asia soon.
Founded by Kenneth Tan and Lim Kim Hui in 2017, BeLive is a livestreaming solution that operates from Singapore and Vietnam. It has delivered more than 5 billion minutes of live video to over 100 million viewers.
In January, it raised US$4.5 million in a bridge funding round. BeLive also partnered with regional super app Grab to pilot a live shopping feature.
Meanwhile, ShopBack allows users to get cash back from their online and offline transactions. Established by Henry Chan and Joel Leong in 2014, it currently has more than 35 million users across 10 countries and powers US$3.5 billion in annual sales.
