Wiz.ai co-founder Jennifer Zhang has stepped down as president and is moving to the US to build AchieveGo, another AI startup.

Zhang said she remains a shareholder in Wiz.ai, which was founded in Singapore in 2016. Originally a chatbot company, Wiz.ai pivoted in 2020 to generative AI-powered voice agents that recognize regional accents and dialects, including Singlish, Manglish, and Taglish.

Zhang served as CEO from 2019 to 2025 before taking on the mantle as president.

Her new venture, AchieveGo, builds evaluation infrastructure for AI agents, a market she believes is significantly larger than voice AI.

“The next hot topic in the Bay Area right now is agent evaluation. I think Southeast Asia hasn’t gotten there yet, but usually six months to a year later, it becomes a hot topic there too,” she said.

Wiz.ai serves clients across telecoms, banking, ecommerce, fintech, and healthcare, with more than 200 customers in over 15 countries. The company has also raised more than US$38 million in funding, according to Tech in Asia data.

It competes with global enterprise conversational AI companies including Kore.ai, PolyAI, and Cognigy, as well as regional rival Kata.ai of Indonesia.
