SoftBank leads $125m round of AI-based workforce startup
Observe AI, a US-headquartered workforce platform, has raised US$125 million in a series C round led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and joined by Zoom.

The round also saw participation from Observe AI’s existing investors such as Menlo Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, and Nexus Venture Partners, bringing the startup’s total funding to date to US$213 million.
The startup helps contact centers with its AI-powered solutions, which optimizes agent performance and automates repeatable processes.
Observe AI will use the latest funding for product innovation and expansion into international markets. The firm also aims to accelerate its timeframe to IPO readiness.
