Grab sees service outages in several SEA countries

Grab‘s ride-hailing service was having technical difficulties with some customers reporting problems with using the app,” Bloomberg reported.

Details:

  • The outage reportedly affected users in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
  • A Grab representative told Tech in Asia that while services have been restored, it’s continuing to monitor its system to ensure the root cause has been fully addressed.
