Hey TIA community!

I’m Sudhanshu, CEO and co-founder at Impress.ai. Based in Singapore, I lead a department consisting of teams that look after business strategy, product optimization, and market expansion.

Impress.ai is an AI-powered chatbot for recruiters which interviews hundreds of candidates every day. Our technology helps improve the way enterprise businesses like DBS Bank and Accenture approach talent acquisition and qualify top candidates from a high volume of applications. More than that, we use elements of machine learning and I/O psychology to ensure candidates receive a positive and engaging recruitment experience.

Before Impress.ai, I was the CEO at Ideatory, a platform which created candidate assessments. Prior to that, I was a student at NTU with dreams of one day running my own tech startup. In my spare time, I enjoy reading science fiction and business books as well as cooking vegan food!
