India was GitHub’s fastest-growing market under Sharma’s leadership, reaching a base of more than 8 million developers. On top of his experience at GitHub India, Sharma also held leadership positions at Adobe and SAP.
LambdaTest’s core functionality allows users to execute manual and automated tests of web and mobile apps across thousands of different browsers, operating system environments, and devices. The cloud-based platform also offers other systems such as HyperExecute, which allows businesses to run end-to-end automation tests as quickly as possible, and Test-at-Scale, an intelligent test execution platform.
LambdaTest was founded by Asad Khan and Jay Singh in 2017. The company has raised a total of US$70 million in funding after it closed a US$45 million venture round in March.
The platform is used by over one million developers and testers internationally. It has grown its business by 300% within the last year.
