Lion’s Arch, Guild Wars 2’s most industrious city, has taken a beating over these past few weeks as the game’s big bad Scarlet, successfully invaded the once impregnable city. On March 4, 2014, the heroes of Tyria will bring the fight back to Scarlet and reclaim Lion’s Arch from her clutches with the upcoming update.
The Battle for Lion’s Arch update will serve as Guild Wars 2’s season one ender for the game’s living world narrative. The video below is simply a call to arms for players to come together and take back Lion’s Arch and unfortunately does not contain any details as to what will be included in the upcoming update.
The video was revealed through Guild Wars 2’s Living Atlas website that shows a general overview of the world of Tyria. The site also contains artwork, videos, audio clips and brief narratives to help players see Guild Wars 2’s story unfold.
