Gamevil’s releasing a game that lets you be a dragon rider

Gamevil combines Dragonvale with Clash of Clans in its latest game announced for Android and iOS, Mark of the Dragon. The strategy-combat game was developed by the Colombian studio, Brainz.

The game has been soft launched for Android in Australia, Canada, Colombia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore ahead of its global launch for both Android and iOS on November 9, 2014.

Mark of the Dragon has a city management feature similar to other strategy games, but give its combat a boost by making it happen while you’re riding a dragon. You’ll be attacking from dragon-back while deploying ground troops to beat up enemy cities. How to Train Your Dragon, anyone?

From the looks of the trailer and screenshots, it’s going to be pretty exciting stuff. You’ll also be able to pick up eggs while raiding enemy cities and breed them.

Gamevil seems to be on a roll, releasing the ARPG Titan Warrior in similar markets just a few days ago. It also appears to have opened up an office in Singapore, judging from the new “gamevilsea.com” domain of our usual contact.

Give Mark of the Dragon a go here if you’re in Singapore or Malaysia.
