Founded in 2017, Dockabl is a tool that can help companies in managing their employee reviews, feedback, and objectives and key results (OKRs). Its list of clients includes Indian investment firm Bajaj Capital as well as vacation rental startup Airbnb and US-based medical technology firm Becton, Dickinson and Company.
According to Xto10x, Dockabl’s product can complement its existing OKR execution and employee engagement platform.
Xto10x was set up by Bansal with ex-Flipkart executives Saikiran Krishnamurthy and Neeraj Aggarwal in 2018. It provides technology tools and consulting solutions to help startups scale their business. It counts more than 150 startups as clients, including social commerce firm Meesho, fintech unicorn Cred, and online fresh meat seller Licious.
In late 2019, Xto10x expanded to Southeast Asia to tap into the region’s emerging startups.
