Indian edtech startup for budding entrepreneurs bags pre-seed funding

Rocket Skills, an India-based edtech startup that helps aspiring entrepreneurs by offering them courses, mentorship, and resources to build a business, has raised nearly US$300,000.

  • Other investors: CoCubes founder Harpreet Singh Grover, Koo founder Aprameya Radhakrishna, Shop 101 founder Abhinav Jain, and Raise founder Pravin Jadhav
  • Stage: Pre-seed round

  • The funds will be used to improve product offerings and expand into other sectors.
  • Founded in 2020, the startup is currently working with entrepreneurs in the agriculture sector, equipping them with the knowledge to build businesses through content curated by experts.
  • The firm is also building courses directed toward several aspects of the business lifecycle such as logistics, procurement, marketing, and sales.
