Founded by serial entrepreneur Eric Barbier in 2017, TripleA helps businesses enable crypto payments and payouts. It provides various features such as locked-in exchange rates, real-time fiat conversion, and no chargeback crypto payment solutions.
It is the first crypto payment company that earned a digital payment token license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
“This strategic investor partnership with zVentures brings knowledge, connections, and consultancy in the gaming sector, a key vertical for crypto payments,” Barbier said in a statement.
Earlier this month, TripleA was selected by Binance as the global cryptocurrency payment gateway for Binance Pay. The partnership will enable the former’s merchants to accept payments via Binance Pay.
Meanwhile, zVentures recently joined the US$5 million round of Singapore-based coffee tech startup Morning, which was led by East Ventures.
