Temasek’s Heliconia leads $8m round of SG agritech startup
Glife, an agritech startup based in Singapore that connects farmers with food and beverage (F&B) businesses, has raised US$8 million in a new round of funding.

- The agritech company also announced a partnership with Novitee, an F&B-focused tech solutions firm. The partnership will help leverage Novitee’s expertise in the F&B space and enhance its offerings as an “end-to-end service provider for the ecosystem.”
- Glife said it will invest in AI and data analytics to strengthen its technology infrastructure. It’s also looking to scale up its tech team to develop solutions for users on its platform.
- Founded in 2018, the business-to-business startup currently serves more than 1,000 farmers and 900 merchants. It plans to launch in Malaysia and Indonesia in the first quarter of 2022.
- To date, Glife has raised about US$10 million, including a US$2 million seed round led by Global Founders Capital.
