Buckle up and get ready for deeper learnings, open discussions, and a time of solid networking with some of the world’s leading tech brands over lunch at the two-day conference!
ASX: The Funding Alternative: How to Successfully Raise Capital on Public Markets
Unlike America’s securities exchange market, the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) is not just a place where mature startups commonly reside – but one for early stage startups to raise funds as well. In 2015 alone, the ASX has attracted 25 tech IPOs, raising a total of US$1.13 billion. It has since established itself as a top destination for Southeast Asian companies looking for funding opportunities.
If you’re looking to get some cash in the bank, aside from the usual methods of raising funds this is one viable option to lengthen your runway.
Want to know how? This luncheon will take you through all the details you need to know about listing on ASX including:
- The processes, benefits and challenges associated with listing
- The best time to list your startup
- How much capital can be raised and at what valuation
- Why listing early is a logical fund raising strategy for Asia startups
