Circles Life, a Singapore-based digital telco firm, said in a statement that its upcoming loyalty scheme program can “truly” reward its customers.
Called Circle of Joy, this program allows users to earn points daily or hourly and unlock rewards such as data bonuses, bill waivers, and even premium gadgets.
The firm said unlike traditional telcos, it automatically enrolls users in the scheme. The program doesn’t focus on monthly expenditure or add-ons but instead rewards customers for the length of their subscription.
In addition, there are no expiry dates for points stored in Circles Life wallet.
Founded in 2014 by Rameez Ansar, Abhishek Gupta, and Adeel Najam, Circles Life provides digital telco services for consumers in Singapore, Taiwan, and Australia. It has also partnered with telco firms KDDI in Japan and XL Axiata in Indonesia to provide a full-stack telco operating system.
In July 2022, Circles Life was reportedly in talks to merge Bridgetown Holdings, the special purpose acquisition company of billionaires Peter Thiel and Richard Li, in order for the telco to go public.
