In brief: SoftBank may invest up to $350m in healthcare startup CureFit, sources say
- Japan’s SoftBank Vision Fund is in talks to invest up to US$350 million in India-based healthcare startup CureFit, which could push its valuation to above US$1 billion, The Economic Times reported, citing three sources familiar with the matter.
- The development is still in its early stages, the people said, as the parties involved have not yet agreed on the total size of the funding.
- “The plan for this round of funding is to take CureFit global,” one source added.
