In brief: Singapore’s ‘Tesla for motorcycles’ gets $1.5m cash from parent firm
EuroSports Technologies, Singapore’s homegrown developer of next-generation electric motorcycles, has received S$2 million (US$1.5 million) worth of seed capital from its Singapore-listed parent company EuroSports Global (ESG), with a commitment of another S$3 million (US$2.2 million) subject to hitting milestones.

Fund received will be used to accelerate the development of its electric motorcycle with code name EST-x. After a launch in Southeast Asia, EuroSports will follow up with an international debut.
Established in 1998, ESG specializes in the distribution of ultra-luxury and luxury automobiles and after-sales services.
