India Roundup: Manufacturing network targets $250m round, more
Manufacturing network Zetwerk targets US$250 million funding

The round will be led by US-based Iconiq Capital and Greenoaks, according to sources.

The deal would boost Zetwerk to around US$2.7 billion, almost a 2x growth since it raised US$150 million in August.

Zetwerk, which helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) create physical products from digital designs, will use the money for global expansion.
Policybazaar’s parent IPO is oversubscribed almost 17 times

The initial public offering of PB Fintech, the parent firm of insuretech startup Policybazaar and consumer credit marketplace Paisabazaar, received bids for 572 million shares against 34.5 million shares on offer.

PB Fintech is expected to list on the Indian stock exchange on November 15, 2021.

The company also raised US$343 million in an IPO anchor round that was joined by Fidelity, BlackRock, Tiger Global, and Falcon Edge.
