3 places to win stuff this weekend (Singapore)

It’s always nice to have new stuff. It’s even nicer to have new stuff for free. Check out how you can win yourself shiny prizes or cold hard cash in Singapore this weekend.

S$50 and a Surface Pro

Blizzard is hosting a Hearthstone event at Bugis+ that will see you walking away with a S$50 (about $40) Capitaland voucher if you get the longest win streak against the AI using just a basic deck. The best players during each time slot will duke it out to decide who takes home a brand-spanking-new Microsoft Surface Pro for themselves. Registration is walk-in thirty minutes before the start of each time slot. You can find all the time slots here.

S$100 in cash

Licence2Play has its ‘Beat a Pro’ challenge featuring Street Fighter world champion Ho Kun Xian. If you can win a best of three set in a game of Street Fighter with Xian, you walk away with a cool S$100 (about $80) in your pocket. All participants also get a free shirt while stocks last, no matter the outcome of their match, so go forth, for fortune favors the bold!

An Xbox Kinect

Ingram Micro Asia have a road show going on at Funan Digitalife Mall, and it has a Dance Central 3 competition happening. The winner walks away with a new Xbox 360 Kinect – good for people who are still impatiently waiting for their Xbox Ones.
