China may have won $5 million from The International 2014 (TI4), but it’s still not the top highest-earning eSports country in Asia. That spot belongs to Korea although I doubt eSports fans and enthusiasts are surprised. With their eight-digit earnings, China and Korea have the highest eSports earnings, not only in Asia but also in the world. Interestingly, Macao holds the number eight position in Asia and 29th worldwide with only two players, one of them being LGD‘s Liang “DDC” Faming who has earned $199,520.24.
