According to Venteny, it got approval from IDX after a public expose and due diligence meeting. These processes are typically done before a company’s listing to introduce its business prospects, performance, and plans.
The company, which shared that it has been profitable since 2021, noted that its audited financial statements as of June 30 this year showed that net profits had grown 800% year on year. Revenue also grew 230% within the same timeframe, it added, though it did not provide more details.
In 2015, Venteny launched in the Philippines with Venteny Inc. It then expanded to Singapore (Venteny Pte Ltd) in 2016 and Indonesia (PT Venteny Matahari Indonesia) in 2019. The company established Venteny Fortuna International, its holding company, to promote greater synergy between its subsidiaries in the three markets.
The company has also expanded its offerings since its launch, now providing growth funding for the B2B segment as well as an employee super-app platform – which combines its fintech, insurtech, edtech, and lifestyle solutions.
It currently offers these services to over 250,000 users in the Philippines and more than 220,000 in Indonesia.
