Gojek to up service fee in Singapore starting February
Gojek is increasing its service fee in Singapore from the current 10% to 15% starting February 1 next year. The service fee is the amount that Gojek collects from drivers after each completed trip.

The company said that the increase, which will be effective for at least 12 months, is “in line with current market conditions.”
In June last year, Gojek dropped its service fee in Singapore from 20% to 10% to help support its drivers in the city-state amid the drop in demand due to the pandemic.
“We understand the challenges facing our driver-partners, amid high fuel prices and operational costs, and have consulted with them closely on this decision,” a spokesperson for Gojek said in a statement.
The company will also extend its driver fee program – which it implemented to help drivers through rising fuel costs – until the end of next June.

Last month, Gojek revealed it had made an agreement with ComfortDelGro, which will explore the possibility of the Indonesian super app gaining access to ComfortDelGro’s fleet.
