Every student is different – there is no one-size-fits-all method for learning. Singapore-based Explico is betting that its AI-driven edtech platform can stand out in the market.
The firm caters to both businesses and end users in the K-12 segment. Students can choose various packages from one-on-one training to AI-based online assessments. The most expensive package can cost up to US$800.
The startup said that by using artificial intelligence, it can create a tailored structure for students, provide adaptive feedback, and generate personalized assessment tasks. The Explico platform can also find appropriate peers for study groups and even avoid repetitive lessons.
The firm has just raised US$1.4 million in new funding. It’s looking to expand to the Philippines, Vietnam, and Africa with the new capital.
