1. Everex | Singapore (Startup Profile)

Fintech startup Everex has developed an Ethereum blockchain-based online payments suite, which comprises cash transfer and micro-lending services, as well as an ewallet for cryptocurrency.


2. Noticeboard | India (Startup Profile)

Noticeboard is Slack for the net newbie masses. Once users on Noticeboard, they will see all the relevant onboarding documents for their role. They will get updates from the management on a day-to-day basis and there will be other rooms for peer-to-peer engagement.


3. Zehitomo | Japan (Startup Profile)

Japan’s answer to Thumbtack, Zehitomo, giving people an easy way to connect with freelancers like personal trainers, wedding photographers, or language tutors.


4. Ikkai | Japan (Startup Profile)

Launched in 2016, Ikkai helps match students with individuals who needed to hire someone to do daily odd jobs. It also helps students with their future job-seeking prospects. The startup gathers a lot of relevant data in the process, which could be useful further down the line to both recruiters and job-seekers.


5. Kumparan | Indonesia (Startup Profile)

Kumparan is a collaborative media platform which combines online news with social media. It targets Indonesia’s millennial audience. It emphasizes on citizen journalism, allowing readers to become news providers and connect with each other on the site.


6. 1mg | India (Startup Profile)

1mg is an online portal for health, dietary, and bodybuilding supplements. It serves both as a marketplace and an information source. Users can order drugs and book diagnostic tests, and also find out about similar products offered by different providers.
