DealShare in talks to raise up to $200m in round that may see it enter unicorn club
“Grocery and essentials-focused social commerce startup DealShare is in talks with new and existing investors to raise a fresh round at over US$1 billion valuation,” Entrackr reported, citing three sources aware of the deal.
Details:
- Existing investors including Tiger Global and Alpha Wave Incubation may back the company in the new funding round, which may be in the range of US$150 million to US$200 million.
- The fresh financing round may push DealShare’s valuation to between US$1 billion to US$1.2 billion, making it the second startup in India’s social commerce space after Meesho to hit unicorn status.
