Get connected with Temasek, Google, and ONE Championship

With just a week to go to Tech in Asia Conference, we are excited to bring over 153 speakers to share insights of their business journeys. They are coming from Asia’s hot startups and tech companies, such as Tokopedia, Grab, Klook, Sequoia, Bukalapak, Insider, and many more.

While we have revealed many interesting sessions and speakers at our content stages, another segment worth paying attention to is the private luncheon sessions for attendees.

Together with some partners, we will be co-hosting four luncheons across two days. Each will offer unique insights, with the lunch format allowing for open discussions and networking with these big brands and other attendees.

Here are the luncheon sessions held on Day 1:

1) Temasek x Google Luncheon

Southeast Asia’s economic growth is projected to triple to US$240 billion by 2025 – 20 percent higher than the US$200 billion Google and Temasek had estimated in their first report two years ago.

This growth is being powered by fundamental changes in consumer behaviour, one of which is the growing digital economy.

The Temasek x Google luncheon will present insights from the newly published e-Conomy SEA 2019 report and shed light on the future of tech in the region.

2) Luncheon with ONE Championship 

Backed by Sequoia and Temasek, ONE Championship has grown to be Asia’s largest martial arts sports media. It has broadcasted its e-sports events in 140 countries with 2.6 billion potential viewers worldwide.

During this luncheon, Hari Vijayarajan (One Championship’s Chief Commercial Officer) will be sharing exclusively about the company’s growth and expansion plans.
