Like God of War and Grand Theft Auto, Assassin’s Creed is kind of a big deal in India. With Assassin’s Creed Unity looking to be a rather cool entry in the series (lack of a female character notwithstanding), it’s but obvious that the Ubisoft hype machine is in full swing.

While the US press is up in arms with the Ubisoft’s desperate pre-order scheme that has weekly prizes, India has something a little more low key.
Under the Unite Program, four friends can pre-order Assassin’s Creed Unity, create a team, and unlock special rewards as well as an exclusive mission. This handy picture describes what unlocks when a full group of four pre-orders the game:
What this means is, you can start coercing, blackmailing, or simply nagging your friends to pre-order the game along with you. While it will be available at other retailers, at the time of writing this, only Games The Shop has its pre-orders up.
