AnyMind received a similar approval in February, but the company postponed the IPO due to unfavorable macroeconomic conditions.
The renewed plan comes after the company recorded over US$174 million in revenue last year, with a compound annual growth rate of 62% from 2017 to 2021.
Now based in Tokyo, AnyMind started operations in Singapore in 2016. The company said it currently has 1,200 staff across 19 offices in 13 markets.
The firm has also made seven acquisitions since, comprising four businesses in Japan and one each in India, Thailand, and Hong Kong.

Earlier this year, AnyMind rolled out TikTok Shop, Yahoo Japan Shopping, and PayPay Mall onto its management platform AnyX, which was also launched in 2022.
AnyX helps individuals and businesses manage, optimize, and track their operations across marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Rakuten, and Amazon.
