Android DevCamp in 10+ Cities Across Asia, 48 Hours of Hacking Awaits

android-devcamp

Cute Android bots are irresistible.

Form a team, brainstorm ideas, and hack your Android app within 48 hours. A total of 10 cities (so far) across Asia will be holding the Android DevCamp simultaneously with the rest of the world from February 17th to 19th (Friday to Sunday).

The cities which I have identified so far are Jakarta (Indonesia), Surabaya (Indonesia), Bangalore (India), Colombo (Sri Lanka), Manila (Philippines), Bacolod (Philippines), Bangkok (Thailand), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Kyoto (Japan) and Singapore. That’s quite a long list! And there should be more cities announced soon in Asia. The rest of the locations holding Android DevCamps can be found in the Google Map below.

Within 48 hours, Android developers across the world are expected to build and then pitch their app. There will be prizes, depending on each local sponsorship. To register, click on the respective links for each city above. Plan your app idea, sleep well, and bring along your laptops and some Red Bull!
