Academy Xi will use the fresh capital to grow its online product offering and extend corporate partnership. The platform conducts online courses in design and new technologies, such as blockchain, mixed reality, and user experience.
It will also be used to support the company’s expansion into Singapore next year, although the move seems to have been delayed. Co-founder Ben Wong previously said that his team was planning to enter Singapore this year.
