GirnarSoft

Girnar Software, the company behind CarDekho, Gaadi, and Zigwheels, has invested in car testing firm Advanced Structures India (ASI). GirnarSoft aims to leverage ASI’s testing and measurement experience to improve its car search services.
ASI was founded in 2014 by Vaibhav Kumar and Rahul Ramola. It tests vehicle-related criteria like fuel efficiency, noise, braking, and comfort.
GirnarSoft made its fifth acquisition earlier this month.
mPaani

Mumbai-based mPaani has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-series A round of funding led by Blume Ventures. Adil Allana of The Allana Group, TaxiforSure founder Aprameya Radhakrishna, Meradoctor co-founder Gautam Ivatury, and Signal Point Partners also participated.
mPaani was founded in March 2014 by Akanksha Hazari, a Princeton University and Cambridge University alumnus. Customers can earn points for shopping at mPaani retail partners for discounts and other rewards.
Yufta

Online-to-offline Jaipur-based fashion ecommerce startup Yufta has secured pre-series A funding from some individual investors, including Ajay Data, CEO of Infosys.
