Zomato shares fall 4%
Zomato’s shares fell nearly 4% during intraday trading on Feb. 4, reaching 229.35 rupees (US$2.63) on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The drop resulted in a market capitalization of 2,24,032 crore rupees (US$25.75 billion), with over 2.28 crore (22.8 million) shares traded by 11:58 AM.
Year to date, Zomato’s stock has declined by about 16%.
By the time of this report, shares recovered slightly, trading 2.5% lower at 232.05 rupees (US$2.66) each on the BSE.
