Tesla software VP reportedly steps down after 12 years
Tesla’s vice president of software engineering, David Lau, is reportedly stepping down, according to a Bloomberg News report citing unnamed sources.
Lau has been with Tesla for over 12 years and has held the VP position since 2017.
His team oversees software for Tesla vehicles, cloud services, and manufacturing systems.
Neither Tesla nor Lau has responded to requests for comment at this time.
