Perplexity launches $50m fund for early-stage startups
Perplexity, known for its AI-driven search engine, is establishing a US$50 million investment fund focused on early-stage startups.
The fund will be primarily supported by limited partners, with a portion of the capital coming from funds raised for the company’s own growth.
In December 2024, Perplexity raised US$500 million at a valuation of US$9 billion.
The investment fund will be managed by Kelly Graziadei and Joanna Lee Shevelenko, general partners who co-founded the early-stage venture firm F7 Ventures in 2018.
