Nvidia Corp. has increased its workforce in China this year, adding nearly 1,000 employees globally.

The company aims to have around 4,000 staff in China by the end of 2024, up from 3,000 at the year’s start, according to sources.

In Beijing, Nvidia has recruited approximately 200 new employees for its research on autonomous driving technologies.

The semiconductor giant has also expanded its teams for after-sales services and networking software in China.
