Google Cloud, Air France-KLM deploy genAI in airline operations

Google Cloud has partnered with Air France-KLM to introduce genAI technology into the airline group’s operations.

This AI system will leverage data from Air France-KLM’s fleet of 551 aircraft.

In 2023, these flights carried 93 million passengers on commercial and cargo routes.

The technology aims to analyze passenger preferences and travel trends while predicting aircraft maintenance needs.
