Alibaba unveils AI tool to streamline global trade tasks

Alibaba Group Holdings has launched an AI assistant named Accio for merchants involved in online sourcing.

The tool, introduced on Tuesday, aims to simplify a 28-step process in global trading.

It helps in supplier discovery, customs clearance, and price negotiation.

The tool’s introduction seeks to enhance efficiency by automating traditionally time-intensive elements.
